In 2019, Ephie played Dawn in the closing cast of the 1st national tour of "Waitress". The week of the shutdowns she was playing Harriet in "Emma" at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, a role for which she was nominated for a Jeff Award.
 

She is currently playing Joan in "Dames at Sea" at Freefall Theatre, through November 2021.

Ephie is fully vaccinated, based in NYC, and represented by Henderson Hogan Agency.
